The staff are friendly and the food was good but we ran ot of time to order puddings before the kitchen closed it would of been nice to have some warning. But will still come back again.

I've always loved coming here! It's just a short walk from home, the food is great and the staff are always chatty and welcoming. We ordered food from the menu (the Mac and cheese was soooo good!) and were looked after by Kat, who made sure we had everything we needed with a smile 😊

Had a lovely carvery today. Found the venue to be clean, tidy and welcoming.
The staff were very friendly, special mentions to top barman Chris, Manager Gav and Jack in the kitchen.
If I had to find fault I would just say that the food went cold very quickly.
Will definitely go back and recommend.

We celebrated 2 birthdays with my husband and brothers. Gavin made the table safe for allergies. The chefs Jack and Aida also made things safe for us and presented a good array of nice food.

Turned up with my wife and her brothers for a meal and had a really nice meal. Well cared for. I am a coeliac (gluten sensitive) and I was confident that would be no trouble. Thank you to Gavin for the service and chefs Jack and Aida for the lovely food.

The Severn Gorge does one of the best carveries in Telford. The food is always warm and the dishes are full. The staff are very nice and pleasant, especially Chris, Gavin, and chefs Jack and Aida. The cakes are delicious, good for sharing!

Some blatantly obvious fake 5 star reviews coming in for this place recently. Odd how most of the 'reviewers' have only left one or two previous reviews and feel the need to praise all the staff by first name... huge red flag.

We have had such a lovely time this evening. Alex was so sweet and helped us tons. She made the day feel extra special(my parents engagement)! We felt settled immediately & had prompt service! Will definitely be returning in the future.

This place has come a long way. Constantly improving service, and the food. I visited today (02/03/2025) spontaneously. I ordered the chicken and mushroom pie with chips, peas and gravy.
I must say, this meal was amazing!! The chef (Katie) smashed it. Everything was perfectly cooked and it tasted amazing.
